observability to detect and resolve issues proactively\nLead root cause analyses (RCA) for outages and implement corrective actions\nSupport & Operations\nPartner with business and operations users to troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues\nExecute manual workflows (e.g., data queries, AWS resource modifications, job restarts) and automate them for efficiency\nParticipate in the on-call rotation, responding to high-priority production incidents\nAutomation & Continuous Improvement\nEnhance CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, infrastructure-as-code (IaC))\nContribute to and maintain team knowledge bases, runbooks, and technical documentation\nDrive continuous improvement through process automation and tooling enhancements\nAbout you:\nExperience in implementing and maintaining IBM Sterling OMoC and IBM Sterling Inventory Visibility\n\nExperience in software development, ideally with Java\n\nExperience with relational databases and NoSQL database\n\nSolid understanding of system integration and messaging (pub/sub)\n\nExperience in developing and maintaining microservices\n\nHands-on experience in managing cloud resources in AWS\n\nExperience being on-call, managing incidents, and meeting SLA commitments\n\nEffective communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical discussions\n\nAdhere to timeline with excellent quality of deliverables\n\nPassionate about knowledge dissemination and process improvement\n\nComfortable collaborating in global distributed teams across multiple time
