Engineering, or other related field\n\nYou are hands on senior engineer who writes code, conducts code reviews, and participates in setting engineering best practices\n\nYou are an effective communicator who collaborates well cross-functionally\n\nYou have 6+ years of experience working in Java or another object-oriented language, with strong full-stack experience.\n\nYou have strong experience with relational databases and data model design\n\nYou have experience in building projects with good abstractions and clean architecture\n\nYou have strong debugging skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues\n\nYou have a drive to grow, learn, and master the craft of software development\n\nYou have experience writing design docs for your features, and serve as design reviewer for design docs of your peers\n\nWe’d love it if you also had:\nExperience with AWS\n\nFamiliarity with large-scale data processing systems and event driven architectures is a
