We need strong engineers who love music, data, and building world-class systems that scale to solve problems.\nResponsibilities:\nReimagine and implement the future of tech for the music industry\nWork as part of a dynamic and highly effective team\nOwn features though full development lifecycle - design, creation, test, deployment, maintenance\nImplement maintainable solutions with high quality and reliability that can scale as our business continues to grow and expand\nLearn and grow as a professional through close collaboration with your team members and engineering leaders, and by being part of culture of continuous improvement and learning\nAbout You:\nYou have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field\nYou have at least 6 years of experience in backend or full stack development\nYou have a deep knowledge of AWS or other large cloud computing environment\nYou have strong distributed systems skills: How to make things fast and scalable, how to measure things (e.g. latency, throughput)\nYou have strong operational excellence best practices: Testing, monitoring, paging, and incident management\nYou have a strong understanding of developing APIs, backend services, databases, data pipelines, data warehousing \nTech stack consists of Databricks Data Products (analytical data, reverse-ETL, Lakebase/Postgres performance serving), Snowflake, Python for backend, TypeScript and React for frontend, and AWS.
