Success in this position requires strong emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to organize, present, and facilitate engaging learning experiences.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nAssisting with the review and enhancement of existing training programs to ensure they meet the needs of our employees and the organization as a whole.\nAssisting with the development of new training programs to address any gaps in current training offerings and support the professional development of our employees.\nCreating engaging training content that incorporates adult learning principles, interactive activities, and multimedia elements.\nCollaborating with subject matter experts to develop training programs that align with industry best practices and organizational goals.\nEnsuring that training milestones are met and all training materials are up-to-date.\nProviding guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure the effective delivery of training programs.\nEvaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements.\nMaintaining accurate training records and reports.\nStaying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.\nFoster a culture of learning and stress the importance of a growth mindset.\nUphold best practices and corporate principles for training.\nServe as a mentor, coach, and ready resource.\nEncourage engagement to ensure employees are participating in the sessions.\nDevelop a monitoring system to ensure all employees are performing job responsibilities according to the training plan.\nConduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.\nRequirements\nWhat You Need for this Position\nStrong organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills\nProfessional, polished demeanor\nPersonable, encouraging, and approachable communication style\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nCollaborative mindset with a positive, cheerful outlook\nStrong attention to detail\nExceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills\nExperience in automotive dealerships or Fixed Operations\nNice to Have\nUX experience \nExperience with Confluence and Jira (preferred)\nAdditional Information\nApplicants who advance in the selection process will be asked to complete the Culture Index survey as part of our evaluation.
