This role includes operating molding equipment, inspecting parts for quality, trimming and packaging finished products, and supporting a safe and efficient production process.\nThis is a full-time, first-shift position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Occasional opportunities for overtime are available based on production needs.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nOperate injection molding equipment safely and efficiently.\nRemove molded parts from machines and inspect for quality standards.\nTrim, assemble, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.\nMonitor machine operation and report any equipment issues.\nAccurately complete and maintain production, scrap, and downtime records.\nFollow all quality standards and production requirements.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nPrior injection molding experience preferred.\nCandidates with manufacturing, assembly, or quality inspection experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.\nAbility to follow verbal and written instructions.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nDependable with good attendance and reliability.\nBasic math and measurement skills preferred.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\nAbility to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to company-established limits.\nAbility to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.\nSuccessful Candidates Will Demonstrate\nStrong attention to detail\nDependability and punctuality\nCommitment to safety and quality\nPositive attitude and team-oriented mindset\nAbility to learn new processes and equipment\nStrong work ethic and willingness to contribute to production goals\nAssociate Benefits: At Warrior, we know our success starts with our people.
