This is temporary position for 9 months.\nYour role and responsibilities\nAs Application Engineer you will be working in one of our control’s functionality development teams. Together with the team you are responsible for end-to-end implementation of new controls.\nA typical controls implementation task includes requirement gathering, modelling of the controls, development of test cases, implementation of controls and finally writing the documentation for the new control implemented. The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests.\nYou’ll be working as a member in one of our development teams.\nYou will also interact with developers from other teams in area of engine controls.\nRequirements for the position:\nM.Sc in automation engineering, process engineering or another relevant field\nKnowledge of closed loop control design \nAnalytical mindset and ability to solve problems\nOpen minded and eager to learn\nExcellent teamworkingand communication skills\nFluency in verbal and written English, our everyday work language is English\nQualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:\nCompetence in the following areas:\nMatlab/Simulink programming\nC programming\nCI tools such as Atlassian and version control\nExperience from model creation for simulation purposes\nExperience in controls modelling\nTesting skills, we use Robot framework for testing\nDigital signal processing skills\nUnderstanding of multi-fuel engine control\nWhy you and us?\nYou are valued - as your true self.
