We are always on the lookout for future-oriented talent - want to join the ride?\nWe are looking for a Commissioning Manager to support us with our Marine projects.\nYour Main Responsibilities:\nLeading and managing activities related to installation and commissioning process of equipment on new building projects.\nEnsuring availability of resources such as manpower, subcontractors parts and tools.\nReview and monitor commissioning budgets and reports.\nCost Reporting and project closing.\nBe the main customer interface for during the installation and commissioning process.\nParticipate in (on-site) project meetings.\nInitiate and manage corrective actions in case of deviations and/or occurred risks.\nActively participate in non-conformity before handover handling process by providing feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.\nSecure that pre-defined product modifications are carried out according instructions.\nYou will shine in this role when you have:\nBSc Engineering or similar / technical background\nProficiency in computer skills (e.g. Office)\nStrong communication skills\nVery good writing and speaking skills in English and Chinese\nCost awareness & effectiveness\nCultural and situational aware• Pro Active team player\nHigh quality and safety standard\nStrong customer focus\nIndependent and able to adequately manage stressful and demanding situations\nExperience from marine industry\nWhy you and us\nYou are valued - as your true self.
