Are you ready to jump onboard?\nLocation: Sydney, Australia\nWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Coordinator, Parts Coordination Management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer quotations and orders, coordinating spare parts deliveries, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate service.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nHandle and coordinate customer quotations and orders in accordance with company procedures, guidelines, and local requirements.\nEnsure the highest level of quality and responsiveness in processing quotations and orders.\nPrepare and maintain accurate spare parts sales documentation.\nMonitor and actively follow up on the order book to ensure timely processing and delivery.\nLiaise with the Sales team regarding the content, pricing, and terms of quotations and offerings.\nCommunicate parts delivery information to customers in a timely and professional manner.\nCoordinate with Supply Chain teams to ensure deliveries are executed according to agreed processes.\nDevelop and maintain knowledge of customer-specific solutions, products, and requirements.\nProvide off-hour support for spare parts services as required (24-hour service support).\nTake ownership of assigned areas of expertise and support knowledge sharing within the team.\nUtilize internal networks and subject matter experts to resolve and escalate issues when required.\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships while gathering valuable customer feedback.\nFollow established ways of working and operational procedures introduced during training.\nContribute positively to the company's reputation through professional and customer-centric service delivery.\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Aftersales Spare Parts, Logistics, or a related field.\nProfessional certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be considered an advantage.\nPrevious experience in customer-facing roles within industrial, manufacturing, marine, energy, or related sectors will be highly regarded.\n\nSkills and Competencies\n\nFluent in English (written and spoken)\nKnowledge of spare parts order processes\nUnderstanding of spare parts materials\nFamiliarity with Incoterms\nCustomer service and communication skills\nSAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nOpportunity to work in a global and diverse environment.\nProfessional growth and learning opportunities.\nCollaborative and supportive team culture.\nExposure to international customers and supply chain operations.\n\nLast application date: 8th October 2026\nAt Wärtsilä we value, respect and embrace all our differences, and are committed to diversity, inclusion and equal employment opportunities; everyone can be their true self and succeed based on their job-relevant merits and abilities.\nPlease note that according to Wärtsilä policy, voluntary consent for a security check may be required from candidates being considered for this position, depending on the applicable country.\nThis is Wärtsilä\nWärtsilä is a global leader in innovative technologies and lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy markets.
