You’ll be working as a part of Energy Service Upgrades organization and with Procurement & Logistics team with diverse expertise.\nResponsibilities\nLeading and developing the Procurement & Logistics team and ensuring a high-performing and service-oriented organisation.\nSupporting Energy Services project teams with procurement, logistics, invoicing, and administrative activities.\nDriving continuous improvement initiatives within procurement, logistics, and project support processes.\nEnsuring efficient material and logistics flows for global upgrade projects.\nSupporting business stakeholders in procurement and logistics related escalations.\nManaging and developing supplier and logistics service provider relationships.\nMonitoring and improving supplier delivery performance, material availability, and logistics execution.\nQualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:\nBachelor’s or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.\nPrevious leadership experience with responsibility for people management and team development.\nStrong understanding of procurement, logistics, supply chain, or project delivery processes.\nExperience from global project business and stakeholder management.\nExperience in supplier management and service provider collaboration.\nStrong communication and influencing skills.\nAbility to drive change and continuous improvement activities.\nCustomer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach.\nGood analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools.\nKnowledge of international trade, customs processes, VAT, Incoterms, and regulatory compliance is considered an advantage.\nFluent written and spoken English.
