We are always on the lookout for future-oriented talent - want to join the ride?\nThe main responsibilities are as follow:\nTo Carry out the Mechanical activities which include preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of Wartsila engines and associated auxiliaries like Fuel / LO separators, Starting/ Instrument air compressors, fuel feeder & booster units, charge air filters and emergency backup systems etc.\nCarry out the inspection, repair, installation and removal of all types of Genset Equipment and Auxiliaries.\nSpare parts planning, inventory management, preparation of work report, maintain equipment files, logs and drawings for all designated equipment and ensure that the data files are completed and current.\nResponsible for long-term spare parts planning, inventory management and JSA implementation.\nComplete other tasks as requested by the immediate superior.\nDevelop and implement training program for subordinates.\nEnforce environmental regulations.\nProvide technical support to the customer and the teams to ensure correct procurement of correct and suitable replacement equipment and manage stock levels.\nEffective control of Subcontractors performing task.\nKeeps abreast of innovative developments and apply them when applicable.\nMaintain, control and further develop procedures for all operations.\nInspect completed work to check that repairs have been completed correctly and that machinery and equipment conform to specification and safety standards.\nMonitor the condition of maintenance equipment, material, parts and tools that are used by maintenance employees in their day-to-day activity.\nPrioritize and conduct the assign tasks so that resources are used effectively, and that work schedules and targets are met.\nDevelop a weekly schedule in determining the job priorities and complete the tasks as directed by immediate superior.\nReview work planning and scheduling and provide feedback to the immediate superior to ensure that job plans are efficient and effective.\nCoordinate maintenance activities during the shift to ensure that the plant is operated according to demand. \nEnsure that the performance targets of the plant are reached according to the contract in its own responsibility area\nTrain maintenance procedures and standards for fellow workers. \nEnsure that the work is executed at the plant according to Wartsila Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures. \nPrioritize and assign tasks so that assigned team resources are used effectively, and targets are met.\nMaintain all Maintenance records according to the Plant Management procedures and guidelines.
