Our products reduce marine engine NOx emissions, enabling compliance with IMO Tier III standards and beyond.\nWe are seeking a Product Engineer to join our Catalyst Systems Products Technical Management team in Finland. The preferred location is Vaasa Finland, but Turku may also be considered. Please note that relocations costs and/or immigration support is not available for this position.\nThis position is an excellent opportunity for an early-career or mid-level engineer who wants to broaden their technical expertise and gain exposure to product management, technical documentation, customer support, and product development activities.\nYour role and responsibilities:\nProduct management and documentation. \nCreate, maintain, and update product manuals and technical documentation. \nCollaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate technical information. \nRequirements for the position:\nB.Sc. or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field. \nBasic understanding of process and mechanical engineering principles. \nExperience in technical documentation and structured authoring environments (e.g., IXIA/IXIASOFT and familiarity with XML- or DITA-based documentation is an advantage. \nFamiliarity with modern AI-powered tools and willingness to leverage them to improve efficiency in technical documentation, information management, and problem-solving. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English. \nProactive, systematic, and organized approach to work. \nStrong communication and customer orientation skills. \nConsidered an advantage:\nProficiency in Finnish and/or Swedish. \nExperience in the marine industry. \nExperience with SCR systems, other emission control solutions, and/or engines. \nPrevious experience in technical support, product management, product engineering, or documentation-related roles. \nWhy you and us?\nYou are valued - as your true self.
