We are always on the lookout for future-oriented talent - want to join the ride?\nYour main responsibilities are\nTo independently execute service jobs, such as engine overhaul, repair, and troubleshooting, give quick response and solution to customer's needs.\nUndertakes and study the job specifications, leads the service job, and conduct discussion with client representative, organize work schedule to meet sales target date or client's requirements.\nExecute works with team members. Plan and monitor the progress of each given task, check and review the work, and cooperate with relevant parties to accomplish the works.\nCompile and keep all records on jobs and quality reports for authentication and audit within the intended period of the operation.\nCo-ordinate with relevant parties to achieve quality standard and timely delivery.\nTo ensure that the workers conform to the safety rules and regulations.\nProvide internal and external work report according to Wartsila standards.\nApplicants come from Hainan province or would like to locate in Hainan are preferred.\nYou will shine in this role when you have:\nUndergraduate education in marine engineering.\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in relevant marine industry \nPreferable candidates with experience as crew\nPreferable candidates from Hai Nan province or willing to locate in Hai Nan. \nWhy you and us\nYou are valued - as your true self.
