We’re a fast-growing company taking the cloud storage industry by storm and are recognized as one of the best places to work in Boston. \nRole Description: Technical Program Manager \nWasabi is seeking a Technical Program Manager to collaborate closely with our engineering and operations teams to drive project and program milestones with consistency and predictability, while leveraging Agile best practices. \nOur award-winning Wasabi culture emphasizes the humility, ownership, and togetherness required to succeed in a customer-focused, fast-paced startup environment. \nIn this role, you will use your experience managing the delivery of software and hardware solutions to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will help develop project plans and processes, track progress, identify risks, and report on status and impact. \nThis role is a great fit for someone who communicates clearly, works well across teams, and enjoys solving complex problems through collaboration and influence. \nThis role will report to the Senior Manager of Program Management. \nPrincipals only. No recruiters. \nKey Responsibilities \nSupport technical programs and ensure alignment across engineering, operations, supply chain, and business priorities. \nCreate and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones to track progress and support the timely delivery of key projects. \nProvide clear, concise status updates to stakeholders and proactively identify risks while helping develop plans to mitigate them. \nCollaborate with compliance and security teams to plan for and track open actions related to annual audits, such as ISO 27001. \nTrack and report on long-running, cross-functional migration and upgrade efforts for an executive audience. \nDrive process improvements that improve efficiency and scalability in program execution. \nIdentify opportunities to incorporate AI into daily and long-running tasks to improve consistency and efficiency. \nRequirements \n2+ years of program management experience, with a focus on software and/or hardware deployment initiatives. \nFamiliarity with common AI platforms and how they can be applied to program management. \nExperience coordinating across multiple internal teams to support the delivery of new products or services. \nProficiency with Agile methodologies, Jira, and cloud services such as SaaS, IaaS, or similar technologies. \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide and present clear status updates. \nProject management qualifications preferred, such as PMP, advanced project management certifications, or Lean. \nExperience working with security and compliance teams is a plus. \nBachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline. \nCompensation \nBase Salary: $120,000-$140,000 \nThe base salary range reflects the full range for this position at Wasabi Technologies. At Wasabi, we believe in paying fairly and competitively, and individual compensation is determined based on factors such as job-related experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Base pay is just one part of our total rewards approach.
