In this role, you will perform routine custodial and housekeeping duties within assigned campus areas, using established schedules and procedures to care for classrooms, offices, common areas, laboratories, restrooms, floors, furnishings, and equipment. You will also set up and take down furnishings and equipment for campus events, respond to assigned custodial requests, maintain custodial tools and supply areas, and participate in campus emergency response activities as needed.\nThe regular schedule is Monday through Friday, eight-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 2:30 PM Occasional later shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, as well as occasional weekend work, may be required to support campus events.\nSchedule changes will be communicated in advance and made in accordance with policy.\nPercentage Breakdown of Job Functions:\nFloor Care - 35%\nCustodial - 30%\nRestroom Care - 20%\nEvent Set-up - 10%\nOther Duties as Assigned - 5%\nAdditional Information:\nThis is a full-time(100% FTE),permanent position.
