Will also check-out and schedule appointments.\nUpdates and verifies patient insurance, referrals and demographic information in EPIC as needed.\nCollects copays, self-pay payments and fees for services as needed.\nBalances cash drawer daily.\nServes as back up for other staff during peak times, vacations and illnesses.
