Job Overview We're looking for a proactive and organised Credit Controller to join our Finance team at THE·TEAM. In this role, you'll play an important part in managing customer accounts, supporting timely payments and maintaining accurate financial records. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve payment queries, improve cash collection and support effective financial planning. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building positive working relationships and contributing to the smooth running of a busy finance function. What You'll Do Manage credit control and collections: Proactively follow up overdue balances, investigate and resolve customer payment disputes, and work towards agreed monthly collection targets to improve debtor days.
