THE·TEAM is seeking an experienced Director, Cybersecurity (EMEA) to provide hands-on cybersecurity leadership, people management, and operational security support across the region. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Cybersecurity, this role will serve as an extension of global cybersecurity leadership during EMEA business hours. The Manager will lead and develop UK/EMEA cybersecurity team members while remaining actively engaged in incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, investigations, assessments, and cybersecurity initiatives. This is a player-coach role for someone equally comfortable mentoring security professionals, partnering with business and technology leaders, coordinating incidents with our SOC/MDR provider, and working directly alongside the team to resolve security issues.
