As a design intern, you will be part of our team and participating in a variety of projects. This is a hands-on learning opportunity to get a feel for what it’s like to work and be successful in an agency environment. \n\nWhat You'll Do:\n Work closely with the creative team refining THE·TEAM’s visual communication\n\nWork on graphics for social media as well as building decks, with an in-house designer\n\nParticipate in weekly meetings and brainstorms\n\nEstablish your creative process through conceptualization and execution\n\nContribute to agency culture maintaining enthusiasm toward day-to-day tasks \n\nWork on a an “intern project” during your internship that is catered to the intersection of your interests and THE·TEAM’s current breadth or work\n\nPerform other duties, as assigned \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nCurrently enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a degree in design or a related field \n\nMust be able to earn college credit, as this is an unpaid internship\n\nStrong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs, with high competency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects.
