This role ensures that infrastructure, applications, data, and security frameworks are seamlessly aligned with enterprise standards. The specialist partners closely with cross-functional teams to minimize disruption, maintain business continuity, and accelerate value realization from M&A activity.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTechnology Assessment & Planning\nConduct pre-close IT due diligence to evaluate infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity posture, data environments, and technical debt.\nIdentify integration risks, gaps, and dependencies across networks, systems, and cloud environments.\nDevelop comprehensive IT integration roadmaps, including timelines, resource needs, and transition milestones.\nSystems & Infrastructure Integration\nLead the consolidation or migration of systems such as Active Directory, identity and access management (IAM), email platforms, ERP/CRM systems, and collaboration tools.\nCoordinate network integration activities, including connectivity, VPN consolidation, firewall alignment, and domain transitions.\nSupport cloud migration efforts (Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments) to align with enterprise architecture standards.\nCybersecurity & Compliance\nPartner with security teams to assess vulnerabilities, implement security controls, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.\nOversee onboarding of the acquired organization into enterprise security tools (SIEM, endpoint protection, MFA, DLP, etc.).\nEnsure data governance, privacy, and retention policies are consistently applied across integrated environments.\nData Integration & Migration\nSupport data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities across databases, applications, and analytics platforms.\nCollaborate with data engineering teams to ensure secure and accurate transfer of structured and unstructured data.\nValidate data integrity and resolve issues related to compatibility, formatting, or system constraints.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nServe as the primary IT liaison between internal teams and the acquired organization.\nFacilitate technical workstream meetings, track progress, and escalate risks or blockers.\nWork closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and Legal to ensure technology alignment with broader integration goals.\nChange Management & User Enablement\nSupport adoption of new tools, processes, and security practices across the acquired workforce.\nAnticipate user experience challenges and coordinate solutions to minimize disruption.\nPerformance Tracking & Reporting\nMonitor integration KPIs such as system cutover readiness, migration success rates, and security compliance.\nPrepare executive-level dashboards and reports summarizing progress, risks, and outcomes.\nConduct post-integration reviews to refine IT integration playbooks and best practices.\nQualifications Required\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in IT integration, IT project management, Data Center Integrations, or enterprise systems administration.\nStrong understanding of infrastructure, cloud platforms (O365, Entra, SharePoint, tech), networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.\nExperience with system migrations, identity management, and data integration.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred\nExperience in high-growth or multi-acquisition environments.\nCertifications such as PMP, CISSP, Azure/AWS certifications, or Prosci Change Management.\nKey Competencies\nTechnical problem-solving and analytical thinking\nAbility to translate complex IT concepts for non-technical stakeholders\nStrong organizational and project management skills\nAdaptability in fast-changing environments\nCollaborative, relationship-driven approach\nTravel\nRequired travel of 50% or more.\nTravel could include weekends and may include holidays.\nYou will be joining a great team and a company in a “work hard, play hard” environment along with a competitive salary.
