This role will work a shift of 7 days on and 7 days off, each day consisting of 12 hours working dayshifts and nightshifts. There will be a significant amount of time spent outside and exposed to the elements as well\nPay: $36.35-42.82/hour\nThe Operator position is responsible for the day-to-day safe and customer service-oriented operations of waste treatment, oil treatment and water injection. The Operator will be in constant contact with customers and therefore, must demonstrate excellent communications skills and a high level of customer service. As this is a safety-sensitive role and due to the nature of working conditions, the Operator is required to be mentally and physically fit to successfully perform the tasks and responsibilities of this role. As an Operator, the minimum responsibilities are:\nPlant safety (i.e. ensuring that each operation is following Standard Operating Procedures and safety work procedures, SWP permitting, Hazard Assessments and Intelex items are entered in a timely manner)\nResponsible for truck unloading, oil emulsion, water & vac trucks (paper trail)\nResponsible for oil treating with the treater, cooler or tank treating\nResponsible for proper equipment operation and preventative maintenance\nParticipating in waste processing, waste and mud tank operation, shaker & centrifuge operations and solids treating\nManaging ongoing water injection, filter changing and pump maintenance\nConducting boiler operations, testing and steam system operations\nConducting daily, weekly and monthly plant checks\nPerforming general cleaning duties throughout the day\nWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:\nA High School Diploma, General Education Diploma or equivalent\nA valid and acceptable Driver’s license and successful completion of pre-employment testing (drug & alcohol)\n Power Engineer Certification (4th or 5th class)\nSpecial training in boiler, treater, shaker/centrifuge, pumps (all) and loader will be considered\nYellow iron training (loader, rock truck, skid steer, tractor)\nValid and current safety tickets\nA strong attention to detail, communication skills and a profound ability to work long hours in a mentally and physically demanding work environment\nA proven ability to work well under a frequent amount of supervision\nMust demonstrate excellent customer service skills \nMust be able to pass all pre-employment requirements\nWHAT YOU’LL GET FROM US:\nCompetitive Wages\nRetirement Plan with company match; let us help you save for your future\nBenefits; Medical, Dental, Vision\nPerks, perks, perks!
