This role is responsible for coordinating new account setups, processing sales documentation, maintaining accurate records, assisting customers and internal teams, and providing administrative support to help drive customer satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.\nSchedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm\nPay: $50,000-55,000/year\nAs a Sales Coordinator with us, the minimum responsibilities are:\nPerform data entry of sales representatives’ paperwork into internal systems\nCoordinate the setup and installation of new accounts between departments\nAssisting the sales team by managing schedules, filing documents, and communicating relevant information\nAnalyze account activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to the customer\nMaintain appropriate files and documentation, per company policy and internal control\nRespond to customer inquiries - via phone and email and resolve customer issues\nLiaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve issues or complaints\nContributing to sales strategies, assisting in developing promotional materials, and participating in marketing campaigns\nSupport company visibility and brand awareness on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook\nWhat We Need From You:\n2-3 years of customer service/admin/office experience\nAccurate data entry skills & customer service skills\nExcellent time management and prioritization skills\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office\nWritten and Oral communication skills\nCritical and logical thinking skills\nMust be able to pass all pre-employment requirements\nWhat You’ll Get From Us:\nCompetitive Wages\nRetirement Plan with company match; let us help you save for your future\nBenefits; Medical, Dental, Vision\nPerks, perks, perks!
