The role is responsible for all aspects of running a successful business including health and safety, regulatory compliance, sales, operations, finance (including capital planning), human resources and support services. The Site Manager will report to the District Manager and collaborate on targets, objectives, and safety measures. As a Site Manager, the minimum responsibilities are:\nFostering an environment that promotes the vision and culture of the organization\n\nLeading the safety culture, specifically aiding in the development and delivery of programs and initiatives to personnel and enforcing safety policies\n\nManaging operations, administrative and regulatory staff including conducting annual reviews, competency assessment, skill development, performance management, etc.\n\nDeveloping and enforcing standard operating procedures, providing training and monitoring staff for compliance\n\nEnsuring compliance with all government and environmental regulatory standards\n\nEnsuring excellent customer service standards in coordination with Field Sales team\n\nDevelop and implement procedures and systems for employees to operate in a safe, efficient, and cost effective manner.\n\nFull P&L responsibility - Budget development, active revenue and cost forecasting/tracking.\n\nDevelop relationships and liaise with key partners in municipal government e.g., mayor, waste division.
