Utilizing a consultative selling approach the Territory Manager matches prospect’s needs to Waste Connections services and aims to secure long-term partnerships. The main accountabilities are:\nDevelop list of prospective accounts and key contacts\nCold call companies in proximity of clients to build business.\nCustomer retention with existing customer base\nMust demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills.\nEnter intelligence gathered into our Salesforce CRM system for future follow up\nMeet or exceed sales activity goals for new sales on a monthly basis.\nCultivate client relationships. Effectively determine the decision maker(s) and key personnel to maintain a personal level with all our customers helping to control Districts churn rate\nAnalyze account activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to the customer\nAddress customer concerns and inquiries promptly, providing solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.\nThe ability to grow sales funnel to exceed sales quota and build strong business relationships with new and existing clients.\nWhat We Need From You:\nProfessional presentation; is confident, assertive and displays a high level of self esteem\nBachelor’s degree in business administration or a minimum of four years sales experience with proven results\nCompletion of sales courses in Strategic Selling and Sales Negotiation\nExcellent written ,verbal and listening skills\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.)\nKnowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM tool is a plus.\nGood numeracy skills to estimate pricing and calculate margins.\nThis position requires frequent driving must be able to pass an MVR check\nWhat You’ll Get From Us:\nBase salary plus monthly commission\nComprehensive benefits package\nAnnual Chairman’s Club recognition for top national performers\nWith competitive base salary, Chairman’s club trip incentives (an all-inclusive paid trips top salespeople), and awards and incentives, our culture looks to drive success and creates an environment that is a great place to work for any motivated salesperson.
