You will balance customer needs, technical constraints, and strategic priorities while working hands-on with engineering teams. You will engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to validate problems, define solutions, and ensure that delivered capabilities support the broader identity and SaaS security strategy.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Definition & Requirements\nOwn product requirements for assigned identity and SaaS security capabilities.\nTranslate product-line strategy and priorities into clear, actionable requirements.\nDefine user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.\nDelivery & Engineering Collaboration\nPartner with engineering as Product Owner in an Agile environment.\nPrioritize and groom the backlog to ensure focus on the highest-value work.\nProvide ongoing clarification and guidance throughout development to ensure successful feature delivery.\nCustomer & Stakeholder Engagement\nEngage directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand needs and validate solutions.\nServe as the voice of the customer in product discussions and decision-making.\nSupport sales, partners, and customer-facing teams with product knowledge, demos, and technical clarity.\nAlignment & Execution\nEnsure product execution aligns with the goals and priorities established for the product line.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with UX, documentation, training, support, and go-to-market teams.\nContribute input to roadmap planning based on customer feedback, delivery learnings, and market signals.\nSkills & Qualifications\nRequired\nStrong product management or product owner experience in a SaaS or security-focused environment.\nExperience working closely with engineering teams in Agile / Scrum methodologies.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong proficiency in English.\nAbility to clearly communicate with customers, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nKnowledge of identity technologies, SaaS controls, governance, and security concepts.\nUnderstanding of CASB and ITDR use cases and customer needs.\nMandatory availability for on-site work on a daily basis in São Paulo/SP or Santa Rita do Sapucaí/MG.\nAdvanced English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nPreferred / Nice to Have\nFamiliarity with consumer-focused applications and user-centric product design.\nExperience or knowledge in networking technologies.\nExposure to ZTNA and SASE architectures and market trends.\nBackground in cybersecurity, cloud security, or SaaS security platforms.\nExperience\nPrior experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a related role is preferred.\nExperience working in identity, SaaS security, or adjacent cybersecurity domains is strongly
