team at waterdrop® Bloomington, Mall of America\nAssistant Store Manager - Full-time\nYour responsibilities at waterdrop®:\nHelp maximize sales by actively selling on the shop floor and contributing to achieving budget targets.\n\nSupport the analysis of store performance by preparing sales figures and sharing key insights with the Store Manager.\n\nSupport the Store Manager with staff scheduling, onboarding new team members and recruitment.\n\nHelp organize and deliver training sessions to keep the team motivated and ensure high standards of service and performance.\n\nContribute to an exceptional customer experience by living the waterdrop® brand values every day.\n\nSupport the development and motivation of the sales team.\n\nTake responsibility for visual merchandising and, together with the team, ensure an attractive and clean store.\n\nPass on feedback from the shop floor about product performance to the relevant departments.\n\nEnsure open and transparent communication within the team, with other departments and with customers.\n\nHelp plan and run in-store events and local marketing and sales activities.\n\nSupport the Store Manager in complying with company guidelines, processes and health and safety regulations.\n\nEnsure visits from waterdrop® senior management run smoothly and leave a positive impression.\n\nWhat you bring:\n1-2 years of experience in retail or another customer-facing environment.\n\nAn understanding of KPIs and store processes, and the drive to help achieve store targets.\n\nThe ability to analyze sales figures together with the Store Manager and identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nAn interest in business planning, stock management and staff scheduling.\n\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative attitude towards the team and customers.\n\nSelf-motivation, flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset, even when things get busy.\n\nOpenness to feedback and a desire to keep learning
