Your main focus will be the strategic management of relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and our community. This is a mid-level role focused on streamlining influencer processes, utilizing automation, analytics, and close cooperation with the marketing team and agency partners.\nYou will join the team alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Specialist, led by our Head of Growth.\nWhat will be your main responsibilities?\nInfluencer & Ambassador Management\nSourcing, outreach, negotiation of terms, contractual securing, and onboarding of influencers and brand ambassadors for CEE markets (actively Czechia, Slovakia, Poland).\n\nHands-on implementation of the program in the initial phase and its gradual scaling across the region, including building and managing local specialists in key markets (e.g. Poland, Hungary) who will handle influencer collaborations locally.\n\nCreating briefs for campaigns and approving content.\n\nCommunity Activation and Development\nBuilding and activating the waterdrop® community, developing ambassador relationships.\n\nOrganizing community initiatives, activities, and events that strengthen brand loyalty, which you will participate in yourself.\n\nSocial Media Management (Facebook & Instagram)\nDaily content publishing, community moderation, and responding to comments and messages on official profiles (in cooperation with the Social Media Specialist).\n\nCampaign Execution & Content Creation\nPreparation and distribution of email campaigns and newsletters.\n\nCoordination with agencies and the internal design team to ensure consistent execution across channels.\n\nPerformance Tracking, Reporting & Budget\nTracking and evaluating promo codes, UTM parameters, and ROI.\n\nManaging the budget for influencer and community marketing, preparing monthly performance reports.\n\nProcess Efficiency & Coordination\nOptimizing operational procedures and leveraging automation and AI tools.\n\nParticipating in weekly meetings, event planning, and launching new products onto the marke\n\nWhat do we expect from you?\nPrevious experience in a similar role in influencer marketing and community management.\n\nCreative mindset, fresh ideas, and a drive for innovation.\n\nAnalytical mindset - ability to work with data (UTM, promo codes, ROI) and manage budget.\n\nExperience with social media management (Facebook, Instagram) and email marketing.\n\nAbility to work with automation and an interest in modern AI tools.\n\nPositive attitude towards the waterdrop® brand, sustainability, and a healthy lifestyle.\n\nWhat do we offer you?\nScale-up environment and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic international brand with a clear mission.\n\nRoom for your own ideas, creativity, and personal as well as professional development.\n\nFlexibility: home office twice a week and flexible working hours (core hours 9:00-16:00).\n\nBenefits: discounted MultiSport card, meal allowance, and discounts on waterdrop® products after the probationary period.\n\nDog-friendly office.\n\nWanna Drop in?
