Be able to respond to\nqueries on product prices, quality, features and benefits.\n\nTake every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand our database\nand customer loyalty.\n\nResolve customer complaints promptly and successfully by investigating problems,\ndeveloping solutions and making appropriate recommendations to the management\nteam.\n\nDeliver product excellence by maximising product knowledge with relevant\nrecommendations through our 6 Drop Selling Ceremony.\n\nAttend and participate in store meetings and training sessions as required by your\nmanager.\n\nEnsure that good communication with your colleagues is maintained\n\nHave a positive attitude with the team and customers and be open to constructive\nfeedback that will help you develop and improve.\n\nMaintain brand standards on visual display and merchandising, cleanliness and\ngeneral housekeeping. \n\nFollow policies and procedures to maintain the security of stock, customer records\nand cash handling.\n\nEnsure that time keeping attendance is in line with the company's policies and\nprocedures.
