If you are a highly qualified individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, please review the following:\nPosition Overview:\nWe are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Electrician with 3-5 years of relevant experience to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in commercial, industrial, or construction environments and a strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance practices.\nResponsibilities:\nInstall, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control systems, and equipment. \nDiagnose electrical faults and perform troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. \nRead and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. \nConduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and machinery. \nInstall and maintain electrical panels, motors, transformers, switchgear, and related equipment. \nEnsure compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and company procedures. \nTest electrical systems and components using appropriate testing equipment and instruments. \nRespond to emergency breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime. \nCoordinate with maintenance, operations, and project teams to support operational requirements. \nMaintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and work documentation. \nAssist with electrical upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects. \nFollow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and other workplace safety requirements.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification in Electrical Technology preferred. \n3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Electrician in industrial, commercial, manufacturing, construction, or related environments. \nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, motors, control panels, and troubleshooting techniques. \nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. \nFamiliarity with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. \nProficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.\nValid US driver’s license and strong driving safety record (no more than 2 moving violations in previous 3 years).\nAcceptable background check, clear of DWI convictions, for the last 5 years.\nFoster teamwork and collaboration within and between department(s)\nQualifications:\nLicensed Electrician or relevant electrical certification. \nExperience with PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, or automated systems. \nKnowledge of preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems. \nExperience working in industrial or manufacturing environments.\nSupervisory Responsibility:\nNone \nBenefits:\nCompany Paid Life Insurance\nMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance\nHealth Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)\nHealth Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)\nDisability Insurance (Short & Long Term)\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\n401k Retirement Plan (Pre-tax & Roth) with company matching\nTime Off:\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\nPersonal Leave Time (PLT)\nEight (8) Company Paid Holidays\nPay Frequency:\nBi-Weekly (26x/year)\nAmericans with Disabilities/Specifications/Physical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
