If you are a highly qualified individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, please review the following:\nPosition Overview:\nTo be successful in this position, the individual must be reliable, detail-oriented, and must be able to function effectively both as a member of a rig-move team, and also work independently in the delivery of service, maintenance and repairs. Work locations are remote, geographically dispersed, and fully exposed to all extremes of weather. Successful performance will require both physical and mental exertion & resilience. Maintenance issues that occur after-hours will be addressed in an on-call rotation basis. Field Service Technician will frequently drive long distances, work with exposed wastewater (sewage), and experience double & triple shifts consecutively. The successful Field Service Technician must be able to accomplish these tasks without compromising the delivery of quality, safety, or customer service.\nResponsibilities:\nDeliver water and waste-water purification trailers to remote customer sites\nRig equipment up/down as customer sites relocate\nPerform various types of basic preventative maintenance & repairs\nPlumbing from source to delivery\nCommunicate clearly & respectfully with both co-workers and customers\nMonitor the performance of water and waste-water purification units \nCoordinate maintenance activities with System Operators, Lead Technicians, FST’s and Remote Monitoring Technicians\nShare experience(s) with fellow technicians and learn from lead technicians.\nCooperate with internal and external customers to keep the work environment safe, secure, and healthy.\nFrequently load and unload materials used on locations, install plumbing, and clean equipment or facilities on locations.\nDig holes or trenches for pipe or pots.\nPerform other related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice that help to drive our Vison, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Core Values.\nRequirements:\nHigh School Grad; or GED\nValid driver’s license and strong driving safety record (no more than 2 moving violations in previous 3 years).\nAcceptable background check, clear of DWI convictions, for the last 5 years.\nTravel to work locations\nMaintain respectable appearance professional demeanor\nDrivers of Commercial Motor Vehicles are required to be 21 years of age or older - DOT regulations\nFoster teamwork and collaboration within and between department(s)\nQualifications:\nMinimum 2-5 years of industry related experience in similar role(s) \nPosses a CDL, preferred, usage includes 5-10% throughout the year\nAbility to use basic hand/power tools for installation and maintenance purposes\nPhysical ability to sit, stand, walk for long periods, and to lift up to 45 lbs. \nHigh mechanical aptitude, ability to apply trouble-shooting techniques productively\nAbility to access computer systems to determine required maintenance activities\nGeneral computer/cellphone navigation abilities, navigating on a computer, using a mouse, typing, changing screens, etc.\nKnowledge of the oilfield industry--expectations and environment.\nExperience with customer service, client communication, and technical environments \nExperience in water/waste-water purification preferred\nSupervisory Responsibility:\nNone \nBenefits:\nCompany Paid Life Insurance\nMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance\nHealth Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)\nHealth Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)\nDisability Insurance (Short & Long Term)\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\n401k Retirement Plan (Pre-tax & Roth) with company matching\nAnnual profit-sharing bonus\nTime Off:\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\nPersonal Leave Time (PLT)\nEight (8) Company Paid Holidays\nPay Frequency:\nBi-Weekly (26x/year)\nAmericans with Disabilities/Specifications/Physical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
