The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience with telecommunications technologies, vendor management, and complex enterprise environments.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement, and support enterprise telecommunications infrastructure, including VoIP, SIP, PBX, unified communications, and contact center platforms. \nAdminister and optimize voice, messaging, and collaboration technologies. \nManage telecommunications carriers, service providers, and vendor relationships. \nLead telecommunications infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and post-deployment support. \nConfigure, monitor, and troubleshoot voice gateways, session border controllers (SBCs), call routing, and SIP trunking. \nAnalyze system performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. \nCreate and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration records. \nProvide technical support for complex telecommunications incidents. \nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.\nSupport moves, adds, changes (MACDs) across global user base\nQualifications\nUndergraduate degree in an engineering or computer science discipline and/or equivalent experience/certification \n7 - 10+ years of experience in each of the following areas: \nEnterprise level telecommunications design, troubleshooting, and support\nVoIP technologies \nUnified Communications platforms \nCall routing and dial plans \nVoice gateways \nSession Border Controllers (SBCs) \nTelephony, analog, digital, IP, SIP, call routing\nGlobal number porting and migration processes\nDocumenting architectural standards, policies, and engineering designs\n5+ years of experience in each of the following areas:\nRingCentral (or similar UCaaS)\nMicrosoft Teams Voice / Direct Routing\nContact Center platforms \nCompany Description\nWaters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) is a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, dedicated to accelerating the benefits of pioneering science through analytical technologies, informatics, and service.
