This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, identifying process improvements, and ensuring inventory is properly managed to support daily distribution operations and customer demand. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with warehouse operations, planning, and other cross-functional teams.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and investigation of discrepancies within SAP and warehouse management systems.\n\nAnalyze inventory transactions, stock movements, and inventory variances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.\n\nSupport daily warehouse operations by resolving inventory-related issues that impact picking, packing, receiving, putaway, and order fulfillment.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze inventory reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory accuracy, cycle count compliance, adjustments, and inventory discrepancies.\n\nPartner with warehouse leadership, planning, quality, and other departments to resolve inventory concerns, improve processes, and ensure material availability.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve inventory control procedures, system accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.\n\nEnsure inventory transactions and adjustments are completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures, internal controls, and audit requirements.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain analysis, warehouse operations, or distribution within a high-volume environment.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.\n\nExperience working with SAP or a comparable ERP/WMS system, including inventory transactions, stock movements, and inventory reporting.
