You'll be part of a collaborative team where your contributions matter and where professional growth is supported at every stage of your career.\nYour daily impact:\nProvide field-based construction management and engineering support for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.\nCollaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to verify work is performed in conformance with contract documents and permits.\nPrepare daily reports and track construction progress, documenting key work activities, conditions, schedule issues, and QA/QC activities.\nSupport the review and processing of submittals, RFIs, PCOs, COs, and other construction documentation, with responsibility increasing as experience grows.\nAssist in coordinating change management processes and documenting field adjustments for record drawings.\nSupport field inspections, monitor contractor compliance with design intent, and identify and report non-conformance issues.\nCoordinate and track quality assurance efforts, including special inspections and third-party testing.\nHelp ensure jobsite compliance with SWPPP requirements and safety standards.\nAssist with troubleshooting field engineering issues and work with project leadership to develop timely, practical solutions.\nParticipate in construction meetings and contribute to communication among stakeholders to maintain progress and alignment.\nStay up to date on industry practices and field-based project delivery methods.\nWhat you bring to the table:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) from an accredited institution, or expected completion of degree within the near future.\nInterest in construction management, field engineering, or infrastructure project delivery. Experience may range from internships and co-ops to professional engineering or construction roles.\nEIT certification is a plus.
