This role will focus on developing reliable, scalable, and high-performance APIs and services, collaborating closely with product, AI, and frontend teams to deliver intelligent automation solutions that enhance customer experience and business efficiency.\nWhat you'll doing\nBuild and optimize AI Agents, focusing on decision-making, task scheduling, and multimodal data processing. \nDesign system architecture and develop backend services using Python or Go. \nIntegrate multiple external APIs and data sources for intelligent automation. \nContinuously improve system performance, usability, and scalability based on real-world feedback. \nWork closely with product, design, and business teams to translate ideas into scalable solutions and deliver them quickly.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field, with 2-5 years of development experience. \nHands-on experience (1,000+ hours) with LLMOps platforms such as Dify, Coze, n8n, LangChain, etc. \nFull-stack or backend development background with strong coding practices. \nSolid understanding of AI agent frameworks and related technologies. \nStrong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. \nExperience in agent system or automation framework development is a plus. \nNice to Have\nExperience building AI Agent applications from scratch (0-1).\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS). \nBackground in intelligent customer service, conversational systems, or voice bots. \nFluent English communication;
