You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, ensure system reliability, and continuously improve performance and deployment efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs that power WATI’s SaaS platform and WhatsApp Business solutions.\nWork closely with frontend, mobile, and product teams to deliver new features and improvements efficiently.\nWrite clean and maintainable code, and contribute to system design discussions and code reviews.\nHelp troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across different components.\nSupport continuous improvement in development workflow, CI/CD, and deployment processes.\nKeep up to date with new technologies and suggest ideas to enhance product performance and scalability.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\nAround 3-5 years of experience in backend or full stack development.\nRequired: Experience with backend development using C# or Golang.\nFamiliarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and RESTful APIs ;
