Customer Service Representative - Mexico

Watlow is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide daily support to customer inquiries related to Watlow products and services. You will serve as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams to ensure a positive and professional customer experience aligned with The Watlow Way.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding Watlow products and services.

Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Create and process orders, standard quotes, credits, and other customer-related transactions.

Manage order confirmations, changes, or cancellations—may involve accessing customer websites.

Track shipments, open orders, and rework status as needed.

Release Manufacturing Orders (MOs), check for material shortages, and coordinate with production teams.

Collaborate with internal departments to champion customer needs.

Advocate for the customer within the organization and support root cause analysis efforts.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and support continuous learning.

Uphold company policies, procedures, and model Watlow’s values in every interaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor´s degree in related field, or 1–3 years of related experience.

Proficiency in English is a must.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a positive team environment.
