(RBAC)\nInterpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services\nCollaborate with functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity\nCommunicate complex concepts and collaborate with team members to adopt different points of view\nDesign and maintain relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)\nImplement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using xUnit, NUnit, or Jest.\nEnsure code quality with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).\nAbility to analyse and solve complex technical problems and optimize performance and proactively identify technical debt and suggest refactoring
