including hiring, transfers, status changes, and terminations.\nMaintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.\nAdminister and follow up on HR service requests and employee inquiries through case management or ticketing systems.\nAssist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.\nSupport audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR requirements.\nPartner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to provide timely and effective solutions.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or HR Services Advisor role.\nExperience supporting manufacturing environments preferred.\nStrong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT), labor relations, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.\nExperience managing employee records and ensuring data integrity.\nExperience providing direct support to employees, supervisors, and managers.\nIntermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, cases, and processes simultaneously.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience working with HR service management or ticketing systems.\nExperience with Dayforce or similar HRIS platforms.\nKnowledge of policy development and HR process improvement initiatives.\nExperience supporting unionized workforces.\nStrong customer service orientation and employee-focused mindset.\nDemonstrated ability to work with confidentiality and professionalism.\nContinuous improvement mindset and proactive approach to
