improving quality, increasing throughput, and lowering manufacturing costs using Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies.\nManage and support equipment, tooling, and automation projects, including specification, installation, validation, and production ramp-up activities.\nDevelop and maintain standard work, process documentation, training materials, and manufacturing controls to ensure consistent and repeatable operations.\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering changes, and process validations to ensure manufacturability, quality, and successful implementation.\nPartner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability, resolve production challenges, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.\nQualifications.\nBachelor's degree in engineering with 3+ years of related engineering experience, or a Technical Degree/Certificate with 5+ years of related experience.\nExperience in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, equipment implementation, or related technical roles within a manufacturing environment.\nDemonstrated success improving manufacturing performance through process optimization, cost reduction, quality improvements, or automation initiatives.\nExperience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with operations, maintenance, and quality
