The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, follow-up, and the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain production plans and schedules based on customer demand, inventory requirements, material availability, capacity, and business priorities.\nReview, prioritize, and release new and pending production orders.\nAnalyze MRP results and take action on shortages, reschedules, cancellations, expedites, excess inventory, and past-due orders.\nEnsure production orders contain accurate quantities, dates, priorities, and material requirements.\nMonitor production progress, work in process, material availability, past-due orders, and potential customer-impacting risks.\nCoordinate with Purchasing to ensure the availability of required raw materials, components, and assemblies.\nWork with Production and Team Leaders to communicate priorities and address schedule constraints.\nCollaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to resolve issues and maintain alignment.\nCommunicate schedule changes, material risks, recovery plans, and escalation needs in a timely manner.\nMaintain accurate planning parameters, including lead times, lot sizes, safety stocks, order policies, and calendars.\nSupport inventory replenishment for safety stock, consignment stock, and other established inventory programs.\nIdentify opportunities to improve production flow, reduce waste, minimize expediting, and improve schedule stability.\nParticipate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.\nAt least two years of experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain, or a related manufacturing role.\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment.\nHands-on experience using an ERP or MRP system to plan materials and manage production orders.\nKnowledge of production scheduling, material availability, inventory management, and MRP principles.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nMust be legally authorized to work in Mexico.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience using Oracle, or another comparable ERP/MRP system.\nExperience with Lean manufacturing, Kanban, pull systems, or continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience working with bills of material, routings, or manufacturing master data.\nExperience in thermal products, heaters, sensors, controllers, electrical assemblies, or other industrial products.\nConversational or professional proficiency in
