Through this immersive program, you will gain exposure to cutting-edge projects, build a robust professional network, and enhance your technical knowledge, all while being guided by experienced mentors.\nThe cohort rotations kick off in June 2027, and by January 2028, you will be ready to step into your full-time role with Watlow. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a permanent engineering position where you’ll be equipped with the insights and experiences needed to make an immediate impact.\n\nRotations\nDuring the program, you will rotate through three unique two-month assignments, offering you the chance to:\nExperience different Watlow sites while learning about different technologies, products and customers\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment or technical development center\nBuild meaningful connections with team members at different levels across multiple locations\nYour rotational journey will take you to various sites, offering relocation, housing, and transportation for each assignment. Destinations could include:\nColumbia, MO\nHannibal, MO\nSan Jose, CA\nSt. Louis, MO\nWinona, MN\nRotations are customized based on projects to ensure you gain the most valuable experiences to prepare you for your future role at Watlow.\nMentorship\nYou will be paired with a senior engineer who will provide personalized coaching and guidance, ensuring you stay on track for both professional and personal development.\nLearning & Development\nThis is not just a learning experience – it’s an opportunity to make an impact.
