Responsibilities\nOperate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble product\nSet- up and operate equipment / tools /machinery, including complex equipment to prepare and assemble product.\nAssure product meets all quality standards\nMay test products using established procedures.\nMaintain a clean and safe work environment\nMeet production metrics (takt time).\nServe as a resource to others in resolution of complex problems and issues and work on tasks that reflect substantial variety and complexity.\nCheck and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, rejects and production times\nMay complete inventory-cycle counts and do the tracking of work in progress.\nFollow the Watlow Way Behaviors, Values and Principles\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma/GED preferred.\nUp to three years of related manufacturing or industry experience.\nBasic understanding of computer systems and data analysis.\nAbility to learn new skills and follow directions.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nWillingness to learn, improve, and flex between work cells and value streams.\nDesired Qualifications\nTwo-year degree, technical certificate, trade training, or equivalent related experience preferred.\nExperience with TPM, SMT, Electronics, and/or continuous improvement strongly preferred. \nLocation-specific certifications,
