manufacturing, and quality teams to address customer technical issues and drive solutions.\nConduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.\nAssist in prototype evaluations, testing, customer demonstration.\nSupport new product introductions and application development initiatives.\nPrepare technical documentation including application reports, specifications, test data, and customer presentations.\nParticipate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for customer-reported issues.\nMaintain strong customer relationships and provide timely technical responses to support business growth.\n\nSkills, Abilities and Mastery:\nBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related technical discipline.\nMinimum 3–5 years of experience in semi back end or front end process engineering, application engineering, technical support, field engineering, or related roles.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with hands-on technical aptitude.\nExperience supporting semiconductor or manufacturing-related products and systems is preferred.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with customer-facing experience.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nFluent in English, Mandarin proficiency is preferred.\nWillingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with semiconductor front end process or equipment or precision manufacturing applications.\nExperience working with global company and cross-functional international teams.\nBasic knowledge of quality and reliability tools such as 8D, FMEA, or Six Sigma
