The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience and lead a team of platform engineers and developers while actively participating in solution design, development, deployment, environment management, and platform optimization initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership\nServe as the technical owner for Oracle Fusion Platform, Oracle CX, OCI, and associated Oracle PaaS services.\nDefine and execute the platform roadmap supporting business transformation and application modernization initiatives.\nProvide architecture guidance and technical governance across Oracle ecosystem solutions.\nDrive platform standardization, security, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.\nOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)\nManage OCI environments including Compute, Networking, Storage, IAM, Security, Monitoring, Logging, and Disaster Recovery.\nOversee platform provisioning, patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and capacity planning.\nImplement and maintain high-availability and disaster recovery strategies.\nOptimize OCI consumption and manage cloud costs effectively.\nOracle Fusion ERP & Oracle CX Platform\nLead administration and technical support of Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle CX environments.\nManage quarterly Oracle releases, patching activities, regression coordination, and environment refresh strategies.\nPartner with functional teams to assess, design, and implement platform enhancements.\nEnsure platform stability, security compliance, and operational readiness.\nDevelopment & Integration\nLead development efforts using:\nOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)\nFusion Extensions\nVisual Builder Studio (VB Studio)\nREST/SOAP APIs\nBI Publisher\nOTBI\nPL/SQL and SQL\nDesign and develop integrations between Oracle applications and third-party platforms.\nEstablish development standards, reusable frameworks, and coding best practices.\nReview and approve technical designs and code implementations.\nDevOps & CI/CD\nOwn deployment automation and release management practices.\nDesign and implement CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion, OIC, and OCI-based applications.\nPromote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation-first principles.\nEnsure controlled and auditable deployments across development, test, and production environments.\nEnvironment Management\nOwn end-to-end environment strategy including:\nProduction\nUAT\nSIT\nDevelopment\nSandbox environments\nManage refresh cycles, environment cloning, migration activities, and configuration promotion processes.\nMaintain release calendars and coordinate cross-functional deployment activities.\nLicensing & Vendor Management\nServe as the subject matter expert for Oracle licensing across:\nOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)\nOracle Fusion ERP\nOracle CX Cloud\nOracle PaaS Services\nEnsure license compliance and effective utilization of Oracle subscriptions.\nWork directly with Oracle support and account teams on escalations, renewals, audits, and optimization opportunities.\nTeam Leadership\nBuild and lead a high-performing team of Oracle platform engineers, administrators, and developers.\nMentor technical resources and drive skill development across Oracle technologies.\nEstablish performance metrics, operational SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPartner closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery leaders.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.\n15+ years of enterprise application experience.\n8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion applications and Oracle Cloud technologies.\n5+ years in a technical leadership or management role.\nDeep hands-on experience with:\nOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)\nOracle Fusion ERP\nOracle CX Cloud\nOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)\nVisual Builder Studio (VB Studio)\nOracle PaaS services\nStrong development background with APIs, integrations, automation, and cloud-native solutions.\nExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nStrong understanding of Oracle security, identity management, and environment governance.\nDemonstrated experience managing Oracle licensing and subscription models.\nPreferred Qualifications\nOracle Cloud certifications in OCI and Oracle Fusion applications.\nExperience supporting global 24x7 enterprise platforms.\nKnowledge of SOX-controlled environments and IT compliance requirements.\nExperience managing large-scale ERP and CRM transformation programs.\nExposure
