regulatory standards.\nEstablish quality system roadmaps aligned with business objectives and operational excellence initiatives.\nServe as the site subject matter expert for quality system requirements, interpretation, and implementation.\nOwn Audit and Compliance Programs\nDevelop and manage the internal audit program, including planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up actions.\nLead customer, regulatory, and third-party certification audits.\nConduct gap assessments and develop corrective action plans to address compliance risks.\nEnsure timely closure and effectiveness verification of audit findings and nonconformities.\nMaintain organizational audit readiness and certification compliance.\nDrive Document Control and Change Management\nProvide leadership for document control processes and quality system documentation governance.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Systems within aerospace, defense, aviation, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.\nThorough knowledge of ISO 9001:2015\nExperience planning and conducting internal quality audits.\nExperience leading or facilitating eight disciplines (8D) problem solving or similar corrective methodologies to determine root cause and implement permanent corrective action.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership and external auditors.\nProficiency using Microsoft
