We value people who are open, proactive and not afraid to ask questions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nEnter and set up service and project orders in Oracle following receipt of customer purchase orders.\nAdminister service level agreements (SLAs) and follow up to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.\nWork with Project Managers to monitor project status, revenue, costs and backlog.\nProvide administrative support to the project delivery team, including coordinating service appointments, recording engineers’ working hours and sending documentation such as calibration certificates and service reports to customers.\nWork closely with the Calibration Team, maintaining calibration records and monitoring calibration appointments for managed customers.\nWhat You’ll Need to Succeed\nExperience in a commercial, order processing, customer service or administrative role - or a strong motivation to start your career in this area.\nExperience with an ERP system (Oracle is an advantage) and good MS Office skills.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several priorities at once.\nAn open, proactive communication style and the confidence to ask questions.\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\nAbility to work from our Worthing office four days per week.\nWhy Join Watlow’s Team\nAt Watlow, you will be part of an international team where your work has a direct impact on our customers and on the business.
