This isn't traditional maintenance - you're a technical owner.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild, test, and optimize robots that run continuously.\n\nTroubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in autonomous systems.\n\nDevelop diagnostic procedures and predictive maintenance protocols.\n\nConfigure and calibrate sensors, actuators, and control systems.\n\nSupport field deployments and remote debugging of systems worldwide.\n\nCreate assembly documentation and maintenance procedures as we scale.\n\nHelp iterate on hardware designs based on real-world performance data.\n\nInterface with our software and hardware teams to improve robot behavior and reliability.\n\nYou May Be a Good Fit If You:\nEssential:\n2+ years hands-on experience with robotic systems, automation equipment, automotive, or similar.\n\nStrong mechanical assembly and troubleshooting skills.\n\nElectrical debugging capabilities (reading schematics, using multimeters/oscilloscopes).\n\nExperience with motors, sensors, and control systems.\n\nDetail-oriented approach to documentation and testing.\n\nBasic Linux skills - comfortable with CLI, SSH, log files, and system diagnostics.\n\nBonus Points:\nExperience with EtherCAT lines, CAN bus, or industrial communication protocols.\n\nFamiliarity with autonomous systems and edge case handling.\n\nCAD software proficiency (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.).\n\n3D printing and rapid prototyping experience.\n\nBackground in production scaling or manufacturing.\n\nExperience with 24/7 reliability systems.\n\nAlso:\nYou love taking things apart to understand how they work.\n\nComfortable working on bleeding-edge technology with ambiguous requirements.\n\nStrong debugging instincts - you can isolate problems systematically.\n\nExcited by the challenge of making robots work reliably at scale.\n\nPride in craftsmanship and building things that last.\n\nWe’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive team.
