You should be equally comfortable making long term architectural bets, designing dependable systems, and iterating quickly across a large software surface.\nWhat You’ll Do\nWork with CMs / OEMs on specification discovery, board development, and embedded software updates across our hardware stack.\n\nBring up and manage automated hardware integration tests (HIL) across embodiments.\n\nWork on pathOS, our generalized embedded Rust operating system supporting mainboard PCBs and actuators.\n\nWork with our ML and mechanical team to prototype / validate new sensors.\n\nYou May Be a Good Fit If You:\nHave shipped production code to millions of devices.\n\nWorked with electromechanical systems or cameras / optics (electrically, mechanically, or in software).\n\nWorked with Tock OS, Ferrocene, Hubris, or similar in a professional environment.\n\nHave working knowledge of electrical engineering and either FOC or RF.\n\nHave strong opinions on CPU ISAs.\n\nWe’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive team.
