Driven by a pursuit of excellence, we strive to enhance every aspect of our operations, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients.\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Customer Support Representative\n\nLocation: Ikoyi, Lagos\nJob Summary\nWe are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and service-oriented Customer Support Representative to manage customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.\n\n The ideal candidate will handle customer communications, assist with orders and delivery follow-ups, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across all communication channels.\nKey Responsibilities\nRespond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.\n\n Assist customers with product information, pricing, orders, payments, and delivery enquiries.\n\n Coordinate with sales, production, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.\n\n Monitor customer orders and provide updates on delivery status.\n\n Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service issues professionally, escalating unresolved matters where necessary.\n\n Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, orders, complaints, and resolutions.\n\n Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.\n\n Support customer engagement activities across social media and other communication channels.\n\n Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend improvements to service delivery.\n\n Prepare and submit customer service reports as required.\n\n Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.\n\n Report unsafe acts and conditions and participate in applicable QHSE activities.\n\n Take responsibility for personal safety and the safety of co-workers.\n\n Perform other duties as assigned by management.\nRequirements\nMinimum of SSCE;
