Driven by a pursuit of excellence, we strive to enhance every aspect of our operations, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Customer Support Representative \n\nLocation: Ikoyi, Lagos\n\nJob Summary\n\nThe ideal candidate will handle customer communications, assist with orders and delivery follow-ups, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across all communication channels.\nWe are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and service-oriented Customer Support Representative to manage customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMonitor customer orders and provide updates on delivery status.\nMaintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.\nRespond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.\nTake responsibility for personal safety and the safety of co-workers.\nHandle customer complaints, feedback, and service issues professionally, escalating unresolved matters where necessary.\nCoordinate with sales, production, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.\nPrepare and submit customer service reports as required.\nFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.\nIdentify recurring customer concerns and recommend improvements to service delivery.\nSupport customer engagement activities across social media and other communication channels.\nMaintain accurate records of customer enquiries, orders, complaints, and resolutions.\nAssist customers with product information, pricing, orders, payments, and delivery enquiries.\nReport unsafe acts and conditions and participate in applicable QHSE activities.\nPerform other duties as assigned by management.\n\nRequirements\n\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, sales support, or a related role will be an advantage.\nBasic computer literacy and familiarity with WhatsApp Business and social media platforms.\nMinimum of SSCE;
