Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation - and we have a dynamic future ahead.\nScope of Position\nThe Data Quality Analyst is accountable to ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of our data assets. They play a key role in maintaining high data quality standards by identifying issues, implementing data validation processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and integrity. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams-including Finance, Operations, Engineering and Product Management\nThis position reports to Master Data Manager, Fluid solutions. This role may be remote or hybrid, based in North Andover, MA.\nPrimary Job Duties and Responsibilities\nPerform data profiling, validation, and cleansing to ensure high-quality datasets\nIdentify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies\nDevelop and maintain data quality metrics, rules, and dashboards\nCollaborate with functional business groups, business analysts, and other stakeholders to address data issues\nMonitor data pipelines and systems for consistency and accuracy\nSupport root cause analysis of data defects and recommend corrective actions\nDocument data quality standards, processes, and best practices\nParticipate in data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with policies\nPerform regular audits to verify data integrity across systems\nAutomate data quality checks where possible using tools and scripts\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field\n2+ years of experience in data quality, data analysis, or similar roles\nStrong SAP skills and experience working with relational databases\nProficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nGeneral Applicable Company Competencies \nCommitment to Watts’ values of integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and innovation, and transparency.\nPunctuality and dependability.\nAbility to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.\nAdherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts.\nMaintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.\nAdherence to Watts’ seven cultural beliefs: Growth Mindset, Customer-Focused Innovation, Constant Communication, Clear Goals, Collaborate Globally, Be Inclusive, and Take Action.\nWorking Conditions:\nWhile performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover location three days per week (Monday - Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).\nPhysical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:\nAbility to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.\nAbility to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.\nAbility to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.\nAbility to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.\nAbility to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.\nAbility to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.\nAbility to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.\nPay Range:\nThe expected salary range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
